Hello Vladimir,

....... and I really appreciate the huge amount of work you have obviously
invested in your beta-test reports for version ...............  However, I
am afraid your ability to find bugs ......... far outstrips our ability to
fix them.  For example, the seemingly easy to fix integration problem #73
(reported in your ................... file)

that incorrectly simplified to 1/2 instead of infinity, took me 4 solid days
of work to resolve!  To fix the problem required a redesign of the ........
.................!  This was necessary in order to produce ............
..............................., which in turn is critical for .......
...........................  The result is .................... AND
............................., but projects like this take time.  Therefore,
I must ask for your patience.

We are amazed at the magnitude of your contribution.
Most impressive.

Naturally a lot of the bugs we were already aware of,
and many fall in the same family, but you were very
thorough in your approach.
